Message from the Past President

Thank you!

I would like to take this last opportunity to thank all those that have helped me during my tenure as president of TAA. I could not have done it without the support of the board, TAA members and vendors. This organization only operates by the collaboration of all that participate. I am proud to serve with all of you and look forward to serving with the newly elected officials. I am confident they will move TAA forward and help provide quality support to student transportation administrators of Arizona.

I would like to recognize the newly elected officers: Josh Crosby, President; Connie Draper, President Elect; Kay Buckner, Region #2 Representative; Mike Ajeman, Region #3 Representative and Antonio Mlynek, Region #6 Representative.

The 2009 Summer Mini-Conference was a great success with over 250 members and 26 vendor representatives in attendance. It goes to show you that even in difficult times, we can still meet together and gain a better knowledge of student transportation.

Once again I would like to thank all those who make this great organization successful. I look forward to seeing all of you in future venues and I am confident the current leadership will provide the education and training that will enhance the safety for student transportation in Arizona.
